4K = UHD, but the name is different. "4K" is similar to the nickname of manufacturers and consumers. "UHD" is the official name and the correct name. 4K is one of the categories of UHD, and UHD includes more than 4K resolution. UHD is short for Ultra High Definition, which stands for "Ultra High Definition." According to the recommendations of the "Ultra High Definition UHD" standard issued by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the physical resolution of UHD reaches 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K), so it is also called 4K Ultra HD, and its resolution is 4 times that of Full HD (FHD, 1920 x1080) TV, 8 times the high-definition (HD, 1280 x 720) display. UHD has 8.3 million pixels, so the 42-inch UHD PPI (Pixels perinch) is the same as the 84-inch Full HD FPI PPI, which is 84-inch Full HD PPI 2 times the number, the image performance is clearer and more delicate.
